Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Distill app and this website. By using Distill, you agree to them.
What Distill is
Distill is a personal reflection tool that helps you organize your thinking. Its suggestions are prompts for your own judgment, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Distill is not therapy and not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988.
Your content
You own everything you write or say in Distill. You are responsible for what you choose to record.
Subscriptions
Distill offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, or reverse engineer it.
Disclaimers
Distill is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app or on this page.
